Google Docs:

I can see why this feature is considered an improvement over the use of email for certain types of communications. Google Docs seems like a really effective way to draft and redraft group projects efficiently. Google Docs seems as though it would be great for developing presentations and writing grants.


  1. I agree. I think that these tools are great for collaborative projects. A lot of time could be saved if everyone could work on the same document without having to e-mail it back and forth.

  2. Hadn't thought about the grant idea, lots of possibilities there especially when you have a team that is working on it together. Thanks!

  3. I can see a problem already. What would happen to all of the word documents that we have stored somewhere on our computers?
